Bad Service and not doing what has been asked

My one cellphone line has been hacked into and the person using my cellphone is using it to people out of money, on numerous occasions I have been to vodacom asking them to shut down the line as I am being held for the damages that this person is doing. Today (13th January) i went back to ask and Lucinda told me very arrogantly that "there is nothing she can do" I am very unhappy with this because people believe I am the one scamming them out of money and still nothing has been done about it
