Cell C
Faulty phone comes back more faulty

Hi, I've got a cellphone from cell c last october and recently it started giving me problems. I sent it in to cell c phoenix on the 3rd of september2013 which I was told it'll take 21 days for the full repair. I've got a sms on the 5th/w0/13 saying my phone is ready for collection, so I went to the store to collect. When I arrived at the store I was given my phone with the battery dead and no way of testing if the phone is repaired. Now I'm at home and fully charging the phone, the phone won't work. It keeps switching off n on, and I can only use the phone when its on charge. The only reason I took this phone from cell c is cause I use it for business purposes. I didn't have the phone for a month and cannot afford to send it back for another month. Surely the phone goes for testing before sent back
