My husband died on 1 January 2013, since then I had to cancel his cell phone contract 4 times, without any adhere to my request from MTN. The first time's date I can not remember, the second time was on 25 September 2013, the third time was on 2 December 2013 and then today, 13 January 2014. MTN keeps deducting the monthly fee from my account,? R1600 a month. I requested cancellation as well as a credit to my account for all the payment they deducted, but no response even. When I go to the local MTN shop they just say we are not able to do that work... not our department
