Cancellation of contract not processed

Thank you for the response to my previous email. However, please explain to me why my contract was not cancelled on 25 Oct 2013, instead of 27 Nov 2013 as I requested on 17 Sept 2013. My last payment was supposed to go off on 25 Oct 2013 but due to the incompetence of MTN staff, I had to call in to the shop on 27 Nov 2013, after I discovered there was another debit order on my account, to ask why my contract was not cancelled on 25 Oct 2013 & they had to do the cancellation again, for a 2nd time. I have both ref nrs for both cancellations. Because of this I was unaware there would be another debit order on my account which led to the fact that there was no money in my account and I had to pay R120 for the unpaid debit. And why should I pay an instalment for Nov 2013 since it was not my fault the cancellation was not processed on 25 Oct 2013. I did not make use of the dongle in Nov 2013. In Dec 2013 MTN deducted R309 for Nov 2013, as you claim. My monthly payment at MTN is R149. This would mean that amount includes Nov & Dec. I am not satisfied with the response I received from MTN previously.
