Isnt it funny, how when you are Paying client a company give you all the support and time. but when you request to cancel you contract with them they just ignore you?!

Since the 2nd January 2013 i have requested to cancel my contract with Mweb, all was fine, i got the cancellation document fast, sent it back and was told my contract with them will be terminated on the 28th February 2013, and that my last payment would be the payment made on the 7th February 2013 as one pays one month in advance. Since then i have received a bill for March 2013, and have been trying to contact some one in Mweb since the 12th Feb 2013. Danielle Pieterson had stated if i needed any more assistance with my cancellation of my contract to contact her. i have done so 3 times since the 12th Feb 2013, and still not one has contacted me back. WORST of all my Internet has been rather slow and limited for an UNCAPPED LINE since i filled in the contract cancellation form even tho i have paid the full amount due for Feb 2013.

I am a very unhappy client and would def not give Mweb as a ref to anyone
