Disgusted and Misleading Service information

Spoke to Wade in complaints department, who called me with regards to my previous THROTTLING complaint.
This is his explanation he gave me- Imagine you have a pizza with 10 slices with 10 friends, however you already had 5 slices of the pizza.
The other 5 slices must now be shared amongst 10 friends which makes it unfair.
My reply: In the first place their should be more then 1 pizza which would eliminate any of these problems.
It seems to me that Mweb does not have enough PIZZAS FACILITIES to cater to all there CUSTOMERS/CLIENTS NEEDS especially when you already paid for it.
NOW each person gets 1 slice when you ACTUALLY PAID TO HAVE A BUFFET .
Simply put, if you cant cater to all your customers, don't limit the rest with nonsense speaches as to the AUP act.
I called in on Saturday to upgrade to a 2meg PREMIUM PACKAGE DEAL line which Wade suggested to me. He told me i would only pay a R50 EXTRA (this falls also on the basis if i move my account over to them) Cons. told me no such Package deals of that price value. Asked to speak to Wade, Hold on for 10 minutes, to be told that he is busy but will that he will call me. Received misleading false information.
