Good day,

I would love to let you know about the excellent service I received from one of your employees at the Knysna Mall Vodashop.

Hendri (?) was SO helpful with my upgrade while I was in Knysna on holiday due to my phone that broke. I walked out of the shop with my new phone with everything on there and ready to use.

He's product knowledge is superb and his warm, welcoming attitude really impressed me so much, I thought I should let you know what an absolute gem of an employee you have in him.
