To whom it may concern
I am quite livid at this point in time at the service I am getting from Telkom. My line is so slow but yet I am paying for 2Mig speed. After contacting Internet Technical Support on numerous occasions sometimes can't even get through cos u just get this monotonous music playing in ur ear, sometimes I do, the problem still not resolved, they just refresh the line and then I'm back to square one, slow internet service but my bill so high monthly n back where I started, nothing else being done.
I'm at this stage of reporting Telkom and making known the poor service they deliver but expect payment on time and not even a credit or anything to compensate the client n if u don't pay they quick to suspend the.
Please do look at this matter urgently and revert back asap.
