Phoned 10210, and sat in the queue on hold on your IVR for almost 100 minutes (98 to be exact), before getting a consultant who could not help me, and put me back in the queue. After 1h46 minutes, I finally got through to Bugela in DSL support.
What happened to the call back feature?

I've been trying to resolve an intermittent fault that started on 23 December.
I have 2 fault references and 1 escalation reference.

According to the lady in your call centre, my problems are:
- 2 faulty DSL modems
- a faulty line filter
- a faulty patch lead
- incorrect DSL username & password
- ISP RADIUS fault
- noise / interference
- line cannot handle 10Mbit

I take issue with this, since my DSL line was stable at 10Mbit since upgrading months ago.
The nature of the issue (which seems to be getting ignored) is that my line seems to be up for ~2 days, and then down for 2 days. During the "down cycle" my line sync's for exactly 10 seconds repeatedly, hardly long enough for RADIUS login to complete.

Also, I do not accept a reduction in line speed as a "solution", or that the fault is with my equipment.
