POOR SERVICE AS USUAL - FAULTY LINE FOR TWO WEEKS

After months of problems with a faulty line last year I am beset with problems with Telkom AGAIN this year. I have had a faulty, intermittent line (more off than on during the time I am at home) for FIFTEEN DAYS NOW and have reported the fault MULTIPLE TIMES since it began on Sunday 24th March 2012.

Sometimes we get an sms to say the fault has been resolved yet within some hours we have no internet again. So we have to re-report it, which can take a very long time, getting through to Telkom & waiting for them to pick up the phone, then explaining the problem all over again. It is utterly exhausting & demoralizing!

When will it ever end Telkom?!? Please let me know if you have a way of PERMANENTLY OVERCOMING YOUR MYRIAD OF PROBLEMS. Finally a technician arrived at our house early on Sunday morning (our only day of rest & we were still in our pyjamas) but we had to let him in as we were desperate. He tried multiple times to blame our router as being faulty but we begged him to check the exhange off our property & some hours later he phoned to say IT WAS INDEED A LINE FAULT but not his department - but he would pass on a message to repair it.

Today r line isTOTALLY DEAD!
