I had to upgrade in Oct 2013, so I did. I got the S4, I don't know the phone or how the billing and data worked. No one has discussed or explained to me. In the first two weeks I got a bill for R4200, I went back and told them I cannot afford this, or they must take the phone back, they said they cannot do that. I contact the accounts department, they didn't want to actually help me and was very rude. I don't use that phone or number anymore. They just put debit orders through of R3000 and then R5000 on my account without my knowledge, I have to go in and cancel them every time. I have sent mails to their customer service department that I will pay R500 per month, and that they need to stop the debit order, no one comes back to me. Every time I get a mail to say my complaint is now closed. I have got other contracts with them, that is now blocked due to one that is in arrears. I will close all contracts from them!!! I would like this matter to be resolved. I cannot pay the amounts they want due to the fact that I am on debt review. The number on this issue 0829405036. My work number 0716112289
