I posted a complaint on the 30th Oct 2013 after Virgin Mobile continued to debit my wife account after we settled on her contract and having no luck with their call centre... A representative called me the next day, promising to sort out the error and apologized for the inconvenience - the money was duly refunded and that should have been the end of it.
Imagine our disgust when my wife's account was AGAIN debited now recently (on 20/12/2013) for yet another instalment amount of R321!
Come on Virgin Mobile, if you going to go through the effort to refund us and apologise, at least make sure you have closed the account on your side as promised! Enough is enough!
