Paying for broken z10

Good Day

I took a Blackberry z10 on contract about 5 Months ago, and really were excited about the new device, but after a few days, the phone would die and reboot if the media player is used... thought I could live with that, but later on, when capturing a photo whit the flash on, it would just die instead of capturing, and now, the phone switch of by itself, but sometimes starts to reboot, but halfway booting, it would die and starts again, and it will repeat this cycle until I removes the battery and put it back in...

The phone would appear to be fine, and working, battery still fully charged, and then it just dies when trying to make a phone call of texting.

And I must say Vodacom do have some great service, and they took my phone in for repairs this weekend, but I don't want a new phone that were repaired, I want a new and working phone as I am paying for from the start!!! NOBODY wants to pay for something which they can not be using!!!
