Very Unhappy Customer,
The deal clearly states that it's a 40" 3D TV deal and includes 2 pair 3D glasses and Skype camera. I even took the 1GB package with the WIFI router @ R379pm. The deal was done and activated the 9th of DEC 2013 According to my contract that was signed. I got the TV a month later on the 9th of Jan 2014 only and to put the cherry on the cake I opened the box only to find a 40" LED TV with a Skype camera, no 3D TV or 3D glasses.
I want a answer ASAP who will be taking responsibility for the false advertising and send to me in writing and mailed to my e-mail [Email Removed] I've got all the paper work including the Yellow trader advert. My next step will be going to the papers to warn my fellow consumers about this if nothing is done by you as a service provider. I have also noticed I'm not the only one with this problem.
This is really shocking!!! Never in my life did I expect such poor service.
It's not the poor agents fault its just poor service. Marketing should take the blame. I would not even bought the TV Deal if I knew this was the case.
