I have been with Cell C since they were founded, and the reception has always been extremely bad. Any phone call I try and make it won't phone or the reception breaks up the whole time, every time. The last four days my bbm, whatsapp, internet will not work. I have phoned multiple times and no-one can help me, they give me long explainations of what to do, but these options have not worked. In all these years I have accepted this bad service but now I run and own my own business this now affects me more seriously than just hindering my socially, it now is affecting my business. I am stuck with Cell C's bad reception till next year because I am on a contract. It is terribly embarrassing speaking to clients and they cannot hear me and I cannot hear them, or I have to sms them saying I am having problems phoning them. This has all become to much and I am not receiving proper help. I do not know how a provider can go on like this, not even owning their own cellphone towers so we get terrible service all around when this is their only service they provide. They are meant to allow people to use their phones but they have never been able to deliver this. I need this to be sorted out
