So this is the second attempt at getting SOuth Africa's worst service provider to recongnize their clients and their needs... About a week and a half ago i complained that i am getting no service on the cell c network, there is no reception at my flat, so i cannot communicate with anyone when im home, what makes it worse is that i am currently looking for other work, and as i could not be contacted i lost a job oppurtunity on Friday as the company could not get hold of me... then also i was promised that someone would come to my place last week thursday to check out the problem... geuss what no one showed up..and till today i have not heard a thing from thsi network provider, im just about ready to go shove this cellphone and cell c in the face of someone at cellc end and tell them to take back their . i am so dissapointed to acknowledge that i should have listened to my family and friends when they warned me againts going to cell c. I will certianly not be recoomending this network to anyone. I am now going to get a pre paid sim from another TRUSTED network. Cell C... the worst service provider i have ever been a customer of...
