ADT took Direct Debit after contract was cancelled

I cancelled our contract with ADT on 22 January 2013 via email after I was told they could not do it over the phone. I received an SMS asking me to contact ADT regarding the cancellation. When I phoned them, it was confirmed over the phone that our contract will be cancelled on 28 February 2013. It was also confirmed that the last Direct Debit to pay for the February security will be taken from my account at the beginning of February 2013, and that all Direct Debits thereafter will be cancelled. Beginning of March 2013 ADT took R419.32 via Direct Debit from my account. I phoned to query this. To my surprise it looked as though they never cancelled my contract. I asked Thabane to send me an email confirming the cancellation of the contract, and also to pay back the R419.32. When I received the letter it stated that ADT confirms our contract cancelled with effect 5 March 2013. This is not correct, so I emailed Thabane back, asking to correct the cancellation and also to confirm when the money will be paid into my account. This was done on 5 March 2013, and again on 11 March. Thabane has still not responded to my email. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
