Looking for service? Don't expect that from Virgin Mobile South Africa!
Its now more than 30days that Virgin mobile SA is promising refund for wrongly debited my account. Every time I contact the support center I get all the excuses in the book and more. Account escalated, Don't have my banking details, Its been refunded but will confirm (no refund), Please send bank statements.
I do what they request, but nothing is getting done about the problem except more excuses. Is it worth complaining still, or should I just go ahead and file some legal documents?
