First Equity refuse to pay insured phone

First Equity, a devision of Santam insuranceWe then had the burglary this month. The Nokia was as well. I got the IMEI no from my policy and took that to Autopage. They said that Vodocom is my service provider and I need to blacklist it through them. I then took the case number and IMEI no to Vodocom and filled in a form to get the phone blacklisted. While I was waiting the lady came back with a printout and told me that they are unable to blacklist the Nokia as it does not show on their system. I bought the phone cash from Woolworths a few year ago.

I cannot get the phone blacklisted and feel that the phone was individually insured on my policy and should therefor be paid out. If the insurance does not want to pay out the phone they should pay me back all the fees that I paid during all these years.
