I doubt you understand the frustration as this problem has been escalating for a while now dont think such a problem can go on this long i feel MTN is dragging this on
I sent a reply on the 7th and no response no one has contacted me since i think mtn is still playing around with the idea that they can get away with the damage they caused and not have to pay for their mistakes this is unacceptable!!!
ITS the 12th and this seams to be escalating the same way as before, the phone was damaged in HVRC's care and I am not prepared to pay for their mistakes and i am still paying for my contract with out the use of my blackberry so please advise when i will get this resolved imei358922046525526
