082 Never get through!!!

My father in Law (84) was called by a Vodacom agent just before the contract expired in Feb/March 2013 (the contract expired May) and explained he was not interested in renewing and would go pay-as-you-go. The end of May the last deduction was debited off the bank account. All was well until two month ago the debits started again we informed the FNB of the situation, the bank needed proof from Vodocom before the money could be refunded: After many (phone calls) failed attempts we decided to go to the Vodocom Shop Pine Crest Center for assistance. Zane (Thank you) was the second sales persons who assisted us Yesterday, by calling the Vodacom cancellation call center (the only way to cancel) as the Voda Shop cant cancel ant contracts. The lines was so busy we went back for a second time to try again, with luck at all we left Zane apologized and we left. Please can you assist, surely there is and easier way to assist.
