My partner renewed her contract that had bis to a top up contract with bis and when the change from the regular contract to the top contract has been done some at cell c decides remove bis and when we contact them today after being told 3 times it gonna take 24hrs, the agent then says it will only be loaded in march. The previous cotract had bis, we renewed to a top up contract with bis. The bis is now not active, so which means we are paying for a service that has been removed for some ungodly reason...
