Incorrect info. 5days since last report, no resp

On Jan 2nd I logged a report here. Still no response from Telkom. Out of desperation I went to their store in Century City on Sat 11 Jan.
I speak to the lanky guy with the lack lustre attitude (dont know his name, wears specs) about the billing issue and after messing around on his pc for a few mins and talking to his buddy he says he cannot help me and I have to call the call centre.
Worse, he bad mouths the call centre and tells me how sick he is of them.

I ask him to assist me with wifi on my device, but he shows me a setting on the phone and says I must go register my device on the site to use the Telkom wifi and I cannot reg via the site on my phone.
Also no facilities in the store to do so.
So I go to the website today only to find dif info there that says I must find a wifi spot, login and change some settings. Thats not what he said. So I still cant connect.

Im still stuck with no answers and in ref to last report, still haven't been debited for my contract and still cannot access the Telkom wifi.
Telkom really needs to step up support from branch and call centre level, no-one can assist me with any queries. Everyone passes the buck, no one helps.
