My renewed Cell C contract was meant to start in April 2013, but I am still being billed for my previous contract and the new contract conditions have not started yet. I queried this on Monday 8 April, did not get any feedback, went to the Cavendish Square Cell C branch on 12 April 2013 and they gave me a reference number 1304120000246185. But up till now I have still not had any response/feedback from Cell C about why my Blackberry contract has not started yet and my old contract is still ongoing. My cell no. is 084 675 2756.
