Before the lines were upgraded there was already latency spikes up till 700ms. Once Lines got upgraded I could not say that the lines were 100% but there was a drastic decrease in latency, could almost say it was fine. Untill 9 January 2014 back up to 700ms till this day. Iv sent a number of emails to queries and none have got back to me. I cant find any information with regards to what is going on with the lines except complaints. I run a tracert [URL Removed] and I get:

1. 1ms, 1ms, 1ms,
2. 11ms, 11ms, 10ms,
3 13ms, 11ms, 12ms,
4. 12ms, 12ms, 14ms
5 12ms, 12ms, 13ms,
6 34ms, 34ms, 35ms,
7 35ms, 34ms, 34ms,
8. 38 ms, 38ms, 37ms,
9. 36ms, 37ms, 37ms,

There seems to be no latency but when I do a normal speed test latency is beyond 400-600ms download speeds 0.34 upload 0.15 . This is with a 2Mb line.
Please gief me feedback on what the problem actually is and when it will be resolved
