I got to know that I have listed in credit bereau by your organisation on the 23rd December 2013 when my vehicle finance was declined by my bank. On that very day I then called your contact department and spoke to gentleman by the name of Thabang at exactly 11h15. He pointed out the number in question is 0840507398I requested a copy of such a contract as per my consumer rights and referred go legal department at 11h25, where I spoke to a gentleman called Tshepo who also without any form of proper customer skills kept on asking for an affidavit. I explained that I have a problem with that given that I need to have the details of the implied contract for me to make an informed sworn statement which again it was his word against my reasonable request. To date even after dealing with matter he has never even once called me back to exercise that corporate responsibility of protecting their customersI again called back the company's contract department on (011) 324-8000 at 12h24 and was again a lady by name Ayanda who confirmed that the above MSIDN was a prepaidvnumber which never belonged to me in the first placeIn desperation, I then wrote to Mr Asif Khan on the same day for assistance
