On the 27/12/13 I reported my insured phone which cracked the screen on the 24/12/13 at MTN in Hazyview and was given forms to complete. I was told that the insurance company will contact me for the collection of phone and was told not to leave the phone. I was in Nelspruit MTN on the 10/12/14 and registered my concern that to date I have not been contacted. They contacted Hazyview MTN and the response was that they don't have my records meaning that I was lying. The MTN Hazyview is seriously incompetent.
