A few weeks ago I had to travel to Hazyview from Joburg. As I filled up my vehicle before leaving Hazyview, the cable releasing my bonnet snapped. As a woman driving alone, I was concerned about having a breakdown and how this could affect me. So I drove to Nelspruit Ford - with no appointment - hoping they would be able to help me. Not only did they manage to help me on such short notice, they went out of their way to make it happen quickly and efficiently. And as if that was not enough - they only made me pay for the part and nothing for the labour. I got back to Joburg on the same day knowing everything in my vehicle was in good working order. I have never experienced such excellent service from a Motor Group. Well done and thank you Nelspruit Ford.
