I sent an email to [Email Removed] on the 2 months ago to cancel my line and convert it to prepaid, but nothing happened I went to gallaria cellc today and the lady there told the line is not canceled and I have to pay R150. This is nonsence as I sent the email well in advance. I need the line sorted out asap.
