CUT OFF ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON

My debit order was initially returned. I then made an effort to immediately get the account paid. Online, I did this request. The debit order was not redone. I then called the call centre a few days later to find out why this wasn't done. I was then told that you have to give 5 working days for the debit order (no where does it say this on the website). I then told the consultant to do the payment for 5 working days time, he confirmed it would be deducted 5 days later. This was again not done.
I then emailed vodacom to ask for their banking details and a payment reference so I could do an EFT. I got no response. My line was then cut, the person I spoke to in the accounts department was EXTREMELY rude. My line was reactivated within 45 mins. The fact that I had made 3 attempts to get the account paid with NO help from Vodacom and then they still have the indecency to disconnect my line is disgraceful, disgusting and very very disappointing. I am seriously considering changing networks as I have heard that the other networks offer the same package at much more affordable prices. I have been with Vodacom for almost 10 years and was very loyal, I am now reconsidering...
