Good day all, I would just like to report that our res line has been down for more than a week. I have been provided with ref num 70CRK040114. I have tried contacting telkom from a cell and have run up a huge bill waiting 15min max just to report.. we run uncapped on all our devices and now due to the line being down we carrying costs of mobile data.. so that's line rental, isp costs etc being wasted... poor service overall
