My Telkom line has been 'open' (no dial tone) for the last week. A fault was logged last week and whenever I call in to query the status I am told that the status has been raised to urgent and that someone will come out to fix the line. Its been a week and I have only had the single sms confirming the fault registered, and no further communication from Telkom, except when I call in. I call in using my cell phone so it costs me a small fortune every time i need to call in. Free call numbers do not work if your line isn't usable
