My Telkom line went down last week monday, I have been emailing people from Telkom, got an email today, week later saying I must report a fault. I call the line to report a fault and the USELESS technician doen not understand what the I am saying and keeps telling me my ADSL is down and I say no its fine, My phone line is down. I have now been on hold for 36 Mins and have wasted all this time getting nowhere,
Please sort this out ASAP.
