I am sick and tired for 8Ta Telkom Mobile customer services and the Managers who Sims they don't know what they are doing I have been paying my account and all the time when i have to received the statement the money is not allocated i have been calling them and they promise to correct the error and they don't. I have also requested them to come back to me and they ignore my request too now i received sms from NuDebt Trust informing me that i was handed over to them.
I am so angry i don't know what to do.
