Bad attitude, no feedback-LACK OF SERVICE!!!

I called MTN insurance on the 30th April to book my phone for repairs, 3 weeks later I called to check on the how far the phone is the same lady I booked the phone with CECILIA told me they are waiting for me to pay the access, this is the same woman who logged the call and never gave me their account details but is waiting for me to pay access. If i had never called would CECILIA have not contacted me to tell me my phone was ready because when i asked her why wasn't i contacted she didn't even reply to my question. I was shocked to be called by their couriers to ask when am i paying the access when I had faxed and emailed [Email Removed] proof of payment which she clearly never sent to the couriers. On the 04th the phone was finally delivered but worked from around 10:00 am to 15:00. I again called and held on for 37 minutes before CECILIA answered. When i brought it to her attention how long i held she didn't even apologize nor reply for the second TIME but rather put me on hold for another 10 minutes to speak to the couriers. Again the phone was picked up A WEEK AGO TILL THIS DAY I AM STILL TO HEAR FROM MTN!!! WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE IS THIS??? WHAT AN INCONVENIENCE???
