I'm not a very happy customer at this moment
On the 21 December 2013 my Husband ordered a bunch of ROSES form you it went off 3 times with that order so my husband call the call-centre and they said they will have a look and call him back so it went on we were waiting like for someone to call us back Start from 2014 I sent 3 emails with the proof of payment explaining to them what was going on the same day about 4 hours after sending my emails and still no call i decided to call the call centre a man pick up the phone so I told him the story and he said to me "I'm Sorry ma'm but we have only one person working with the emails (Really a big company like that has only one person) so I ask him how long will it take for someone to call me back he said to me I DONT KNOW how do you work and don't know your JOB can you explain that to me so i ask him a month o
