Unlawful debits and lack of service

Telkom mobile/Nudebt has given me nothing but headaches since July/ August this year. Unlawfully debiting my acc and handing me over (without notification or cause). Why is it that hard working, working class people must abide by the law while big companies like TELKOM MOBILE & NUDEBT get away with taking our money?? 1st- handing me over without my knowledge (which is in breach of the consumer protection act!!) when I had paid the debit order in the very next day! 2nd- Not paying back the money they from me, even tho they promised to do so within 5-10days. 3rd- I requested a letter of apology from both TELKOM MOBILE & NUDEBT, all I got was an insincere generic letter from TELKOM (nothing from NUDEBT who has yet to contact me) which by the way does NOT highlight the true facts and events of my complaint. 4th- my contract was meant to be terminated in October and is still running despite numerous attempts to cancel it (wasting my time/life in your stores!) is still running and I'm still being billed for it. I haven't used that internet since I tried canceling it nor do I wish to. I demand to be compensated for my grief and wrongful slander of my good name!
