The service om 8ta Telkom mobile number 07111349450 was suspended even though a credit reflects on the account. Numerous requests have been made over the past few days with zero response from Telkom.
case number is 6880899 was given on 24/10/2013 and my response was "Thank you very much for the case number but I still have no answers to why the service was suspended when it, at this point in time, reflects a R72 credit balance."
At time of writing NO effort has been made to rectify this matter by any Telkom person.
