Settlement of Unknown account

2 years ago Telkom Mobile/8ta called me to say that I owe them money for mobile services rendered. I found this odd as I do not have and have never had a contract with 8ta let alone a prepaid sim card and device. They asked me to send in an affidavit as well as certified copies of my ID and proof of residence to their section, I did this. They didn't not get back to me with this results of their investigation as they said they would. on 23 October 2013 I received a call from NuDebt (086 168 3328) who I believe is the collecting agents for Telkom Mobile to say that I will be handed over if I do not pay them an amount of R 4361.54 to an ABSA account (4074002397). I went to Telkom yesterday and followed the same procedure as last time. I am logging this as I would not want to have my name on ICT or credit bureau. I trust you will be able to assist me. Please note that I am not a client of 8ta or Telkom or any of their subsidiaries and i have never ever solicited any of their services.
