Cancelled contract

I've got a weekender contract no 0825647097 which expired on August 2013. I went into Vodacom4u at Waterfall Mall Rustenburg in June/July already and cancelled the contract.. The end of Aug. my services were suspended but they are still deducting the amount from my bank account. I went into the shop on Monday to complain and they could not found my cacellation paper, so they said they will look for it but if they didnt find it the contract can only be cancelled again at the end of this month. Up to today they didnt get back to me about my cancellation paper. What can I do. I dont just want to loose the 5 months money.
