From R2300-00 my phone bill jumped to R8000-00-No one can or will assist and 2 ref numbers were already issued??? This is carrying on from 2013/12/29 to today-And their promised SLA is 2 days. I do have a couple of contracts with them but do not feel like renewing once completed.
