I am a loyal customer of MTN for a couple of years now, with 2 contracts.
From last week I am getting all kinds of calls from all over the country from wrong numbers. Surely the lines are crossing with mine. I have contacted the call centres numerous times for assistance to no avail.
I feel that my privacy is invaded with every call I recieve from these wrong numbers, of which 30 a day.
I feel that all the persons I spoke to from call centres to technical assistance are not capable of helping me with this regard.
I will definately cancell my contracts with MTN when they expire, because I am sure the opposition will be more capable in providing me with better products and service.
I am hoping to get a positive response and help from this channel.
