I have 2 data contracts with Vodacom and a few prepaid numbers. These have all be registered on the Vodacom portal. I make use of this to track my usage, my balances, my billing etc. At the beginning of last week 7 October I found that I was unable to access my information. I was also unable to access my Vodamail email. I at first thought it was just a glitch in the system which does happen but it had not cleared by Wednesday 9th so called 111 for assistance. After being transferred a couple of times I eventually got to speak to Zameer who was unaware of any upgrades or anything being done on the systems. He managed to show me how to access Vodamail and the gave me 2 reference numbers for my data contracts S3-T352I-IAOHQ and S3-T352I-ICAR6 and would escalate these to someone to resolve my registrations on the Vodacom portal. After that I checked my cell numbers and all of them have also been de-registered. HOW DARE VODACOM DO THIS! To add insult to injury I have to this day not been contacted by anyone at Vodacom and all my numbers remain de-registered. I demand that I be contacted immediately and all my registrations be re-instated IMMEDIATELY! HOW DARE THEY DO THIS!
