Good Morning I am just going to keep it short. I tried now for over a month to get my Vodacom number ported to Cell C without success. I have provided accounts and spoke to numerous people numerous times. I have to date have no success in porting my number. Today is the 1st of July and my number is still now on pre paid on Vodacom as it was cancelled and now I am sitting with a new Cell C number as well. Can someone please contact me that is on a more senior level as I am not going to speak to another customer service agent. Unless it get sorted today it is breach of contract and I am going to cancel my service and you can come fetch the phone on your own expense. I will also take the Cell C incompetency to the media ie Newspapers.
