No e-mail for 3 weeks!!!

I am in sales and need to constantly communicate with customers. I logged a complaint with the 123 call centre informing them that my e-mail was not sending or receiving mails. After 5 requests for the settings to be sorted out, I was finally instructed to delete the mailbox, and then set it up again. I did this. No joy! Called back, spoke to Nandi, who said I should change the address on the outgoing mailbox settings. I did this, No joy again.
I called back and spoke to Dineo, who verified this address, then said she would get the technical department to call me within 24 hours. 3 days later, and still no contact and no closer to resolving this issue.
I have requested the settings more than 5 yimes and they still have not been sent through. Self help??? I think not.
I just need help!
