Good day
I would like to commend the call centre agent that assisted me with setting up my domain E-mail on office 2010. I was struggling for most of the evening to get the settings for the mail server for my domain.
I contacted the call centre around 23:30 just to be greeted by a very cheerful gentleman who promptly and efficiently assisted me with a password reset of the mailbox and provided the server settings.
