Where. has all my airtime gone?

I load an voucher and given the same free airtime. I hardly use it and it disappears before the expiry date. Fed up of quering and being tolld I've used it.

What is the point of giving free airtime and then they take it back before the expiry date an they over charge you as I'm on per second billing.

They advertise they are the best but I beg to differ.
