I sell airtime via Smartphone load, so I sent R160 airtime on 21st of July to my 8ta Telkom line 27817917179 to buy bundle but unfortunately i only got the usual sms of buying airtime without any airtime credited and the cash was deducted in my Smartload account. I call Smartload to verify this and my log was viewed that indicates the 8ta Telkom line has been credited. I called 8ta Telkom, they claimed i only got free sms and likely to be a! This is so unfair please. kindly help look into it. thanks
