Disappointing situation about Nano SIM cards

Thando at switchboard, was really helpful considering this is really not her fault. Please can MTN advise on the situation of Nano SIM cards to work with iPhone 5. I disagree that 90% of MTN's customers are contract based hence the importance of pre-paid clients having been minimised. There are various reasons why so many SA citizens are not on contract, but on pay as you go. The largest mobile networks company in Africa can't tell us that they have no stock of Nano SIM cards until now, it just doesn't sound right. I will stop at nothing in trying to find Sifiso Dabengwa's mobile number so maybe he can explain it to me himself, instead of getting the smaller guys to explain their failures for them. I'm really disappointed that I can't use a newly purchase iPhone because the SP i have used for 9 years has suddenly decided to disregard the fact that I'm also a client and I have been loyal to date.
Please can we have the latest on Nano SIMs, where can they be found? Where's the MTN I know?
