Nano SIM unavailable to pre-paid customers!

I find it unacceptable, that as a pre-paid customers, who can afford to purchase an iPhone 5 out-right, Cannot get a nano SIM!!!
For two weeks now I have been unable to purchase a SIM! MTN Cresta, just says there is no stock, only available for contract customers! With a price difference!!
